Training
Every member of our team is required to get at least five hours of training per month on average. Our emphasis on training is evidenced by the fact that we pay our staff their full rate of pay while they train. We are members of the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) and AVI On Demand. These organizations provide expert training for both technicians and management staff. We also provide training through the Carquest/Worldpac Training Institute, which conducts expert, in-person training throughout the year.
